Apps covered by this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed and published by Anton Stremovskyi (aSoft).

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your location data
• Your contacts, photos, or files
• Your browsing history or app usage patterns
• Any data that can identify you personally

Data stored on your device

Some apps store preferences and settings locally on your device using standard iOS/macOS mechanisms (UserDefaults, Keychain). This data never leaves your device and is only used to provide app functionality.

Examples include: selected theme, sound preferences, game progress, and license information.

iCloud sync

Some apps optionally sync data via your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is stored in your private iCloud storage and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to this data.

Game Center

AirBreaker integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We only submit scores and achievement progress — no personal data.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store or by Lemon Squeezy for direct sales. We do not receive or store your payment information. For Lemon Squeezy purchases, their Privacy Policy applies.

Advertising (future versions)

Some apps may display ads provided by third-party networks (Google AdMob). These networks may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads, subject to your device's privacy settings. You can opt out by purchasing the Pro version to remove all ads.

Motion data (AirBreaker)

AirBreaker optionally uses head motion data from AirPods via Apple's Core Motion framework (CMHeadphoneMotionManager) to control gameplay. This data is processed locally on your device in real time and is never stored or transmitted anywhere.

Children's privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
